Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day (not including weekends or public holidays) of receiving your order.
Most orders are delivered within the timescales shown on each product page.
In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive within the timescales, Royal Mail advise that they will only investigate once the parcel has not been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days.
Your parcel tracking updates will be sent to you by email and SMS, please report any lost parcels within 24 hours of receiving your delivery notification.
Please check all the parcel contents against the paperwork and report any problems to us within 3 days of delivery, please keep all packaging until you have a reply from us.
To ensure that you receive 100% of the correct items ordered all products are scanned and weighed as they are packed and only complete orders are dispatched unless we contact you otherwise.
If you think you have a missing item, please keep all packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Returns Policy

Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are not happy with an item you have purchased, return the unopened product in MINT/RESELLABLE condition within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
