When will new Jellycats come in?
Although we have regular deliveries from Jellycat, we do not receive updates from them regarding stock delivery dates or which Jellies to expect in our deliveries.
Are all Jellycats available on your website?
When we receive new Jellycat stock we will allocate them between our website and store. We often see that items that are heavily in demand will sell out quickly online but we may still have stock left in our shop from their allocation. The shop stock is only available to buy in person in store.
Can I pre-order a Jellycat?
Unfortunately Jellycat only allow retailers to sell a product that they have in stock. If an item is out of stock there is an option on each product page to be notified by email when the product comes back into stock.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are normally collected by the delivery company within 24 hours of placing an order. Please note that the delivery companies do not collect on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays – orders placed after midday Friday will be collected on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday).
What is the stores refund policy?

Can online orders be returned in store?
Yes, if you want to exchange the product this can be done in store. For refunds, just drop off your returned items at our store along with your order number and we will process your refund and email you. You can also exchange your purchase in store, you will just have to bring the order number with you.

Something missing from an order – what do I do?
All products are scanned as they are packed and then weighed, we only send out complete orders unless we contact you before dispatch. If you think you have a missing item please keep all the packaging and contact us immediately.
I have changed my mind, how do make a return of my online order?
You can just send back the unwanted item(s), they must be in a re-saleable condition and include their original tags or packaging.

We will need your Order Number which can be found on the packing note or email so that we can process your refund.
Does the parcel paperwork include prices?
Your order will contain a packing note showing the quantity of all items in the box, prices are not shown on the packing note.
How do I buy a gift card?
We currently sell gift cards in store, these can only be used for in store purchases and do not work on our website.
I can see something on the website but can’t find it in store?
If an item is in stock on our website, it will also be in stock in our store. If you cannot find it in store, just ask a team member who will be happy to find the product for you.
I have seen something in store but can’t find it on the website?
The vast majority of products we sell are available both in store and on our website, although we do have in store only products. We also sell some end of line, and ex-display items in store.
Does your shop have any steps?
The shop is accessed via a small step, usable by prams. We have a portable ramp on hand for whoever needs it, just ask a team member to get this for you.
Unfortunately, the second floor of the shop is only accessible by stairs, but we can bring down any products you’d like to look at! Guide dogs are of course most welcome.
Do you ship to addresses outside the UK?
We currently only ship to addresses within the UK and Channel Islands.
